HOW WE CAN BRING AN EASIER METHOD OF USING BRINGING PEOPLE IN AHF PHARMACY. Our challenge is to create an experience that enhances the WAYS PEOPLE CAN REMIND THEMSELVES TO GET PILL REFILLS AND TO REMIND THEM

Solution

Redesign the current app that has a better UI that is more updated and that user are able to “navigate” easier for them to reserve pills and to find the nearest AHF Pharmacy .

 Important functions

Having the most simplest UI when choosing to reserve refills and time. Also to remind users when to take them.

Onboarding

I wanted to create an easy experience that users can feel the need to navigate easily around the app. I learned that people sometimes don’t like to use an app when it is complicated or when it isn’t pleasant to use. I learned that people sometimes don’t take calling to make an order and like to do it within the app itself.

Final Thoughts

1. Functionality Expansion: Moving forward, I would love to add more functionality to the app as well as improve the function of the news article section for the AHF Pharmacy members.

2. User Testing: An extremely important next step for Me would be have the app redesigned and have a a/b testing with the users. I would want to see which features they used or didn't use, and if there were any features that was particularly difficult to access or use.

I had an opportunity to work on the websites for AHF business lines and AHF affinity partners. ALl this were mocked up in adobe xd and finalized with wordpress using custom css html and javascript in help with cornerstone.
