Overview

Created a web application for capturing details related to any type of incident occurrence tied to concrete.

PROJECT OUTLINE:

Within the timeline of 20 weeks, 4 weeks were given to review the incident reporting software from the early 2000s. My tasks were to visit and interview current users, find their pain points and discover better usability for new incidents. The rest of the 16+/-ish weeks were spent designing and prototyping the app and working with developers to launch it for users to test.
