Overview
Creating a new tool for Vulcan Material Company, to modernize the process for planning, executing, controlling, and overseeing all construction activities.
PROJECT OUTLINE:
Within the timeline of 12 weeks, 2 weeks were given to review the current technology behind Vulcans Management software, interview stakeholders, and explore initial personas. The rest of the 10 weeks were spent designing and prototyping the Material Management Main portal, communicating any relevant or strategic insights with the business team.
